I am very proud to be an Enrolled Agent, which puts me among the highest level of professionals that have chosen to specialize in tax preparation. Enrolled Agents are the only federally licensed practitioners and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections and appeals. You can rest assured we are up to date on the latest tax law changes. We are required to maintain a higher standard of continuing education per year than other tax preparers. Enrolled agents are required to adhere to a Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct by the Circular 230 regulations.
